Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a ticket to a Southern Gents event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Ticketing & Seating • General Admission tickets guarantee entry but do not guarantee specific seating. Seating is first-come, first-served. • VIP and Platinum tickets guarantee entry. Premium Seats will only be reserved for up to 20 minutes past the start of the show. Please come early. • If you arrive late, you risk forfeiting your seat. We reserve the right to fill empty seats at our discretion. 2. Refunds & Exchanges • No refunds will be issued for any reason. • If you are unable to attend, you may exchange your ticket for a future event of equal value, provided you request the exchange at least 2 hours before the scheduled showtime. Exchanges are subject to availability. 3. Photography & Video Release • By attending a Southern Gents event, you acknowledge and agree that any photos or videos taken during the show, whether by staff, guests, or professional photographers, are the property of Southern Gents. • Southern Gents reserves the right to use any such media for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without compensation to attendees. • If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify our team upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 4. Event Conduct & Guest Expectations • Southern Gents is committed to creating a fun, respectful, and safe environment for all guests and performers. Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the venue without a refund. • No touching of performers is allowed unless explicitly invited during designated interactive portions of the show. 5. Age Requirement • All attendees must be 18+ (or 21+ if alcohol is served). A valid government-issued ID is required for entry. 6. Ticket Transfers • Tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot attend. However, any changes must be communicated to our team in advance. 7. Show Cancellations • If Southern Gents cancels an event, all ticket holders will be offered a rescheduled date or the option to transfer their ticket to another show. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond our control (e.g., venue issues, weather conditions, etc.). By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you accept these terms.
